Hibiscus Beauty ships within 2 business days of receiving your order. Order will be shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day. Holidays are excluded.
RETURNS
All items are final sale for sanitary purposes, if you have an issue with your order please contact us.
STORE PICK UP
Choose the “Store Pick up" option at checkout and you will be emailed a confirmation when your order is ready.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped via DHL Express. International orders are required to pay all shipping expenses, including shipping fees and duties.*Varies depending on shipping address.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
Hibiscus Beauty is not responsible for additional customs charges. Any import taxes or fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please contact your local postal or customs office for more information. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
LOST ORDERS
Hibiscus Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package.
Packages that show as "Delivered" according to USPS, tracking will not be re-shipped. Please contact your local post office for further information.
